While the pasta is cooking cut up 1/2 to 3/4 of a plump tomato making sure to de-seed it. |
In a small bowl combine 1packet ranch mix, 1/2 cup mayo and 1 1/2 tablespoons bacon bits. |
Open and drain well a 5oz can chicken breast. Using a fork you will want to break up the chicken. You will also measure out 2/3 cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese. |
Once your pasta is done cooking, drain well and then rinse with cool water to cool the pasta completely. Make sure you get off as much of the water as possible. Place the pasta into a large bowl, add the ranch/bacon bits mix and stir very well making sure the pasta is well coated. |
Add your chicken next and mix well. Next add your tomatoes and cheese, mix well. Place in fridge for at least an hour for the flavors to mix. If serving the next day it may seem dry, just at 1-2 tablespoons of milk and mix well. |
