You will need sugar, ground cinnamon, refrigerated biscuits, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. | ||
Combine 3/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon in a 1 gallon zip lock bag. |
Cut up 4-7.5 oz cans of biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4-5 smaller pieces. As you cut up each can of biscuits place them in the zip bag with sugar & cinnamon mix and shake up a bit. |
As you can see some of the bits will have more of the mixture than others, that is ok. |
Spray a 10-12 inch bunt pan with cooking spray. Place your coated biscuit bits in the pan as evenly as you can. |
Combine 1 stick of butter (melted), 3/4 cup (packed) brown sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. |
Pour the mixture evenly over the biscuit bits. |
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, will have a nice golden brown look and smells really yummy!! Let cool in pan for about 5 minutes, |
Place a plate (big enough to cover the pan) on the pan and flip over. Remember your pan will still be warm so be careful and make sure you use a towel or oven mitts to protect your hands. |
The gooey mix will run down the sides and there you have it! You can use tongs to separate into servings. |
Enjoy!!
