You will need bananas and lemon juice.

Cut up your bananas (I did 2) into about 1/8 inch slices |

Dip in lemon juice, making sure to get both sides. |

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread out your lemon dipped banana slices.
Bake at 200 for 2 hours. |

After the 2 hours remove the pan from the oven and flip the slices over.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours more, remove flip once more and bake an additional 15-30 minutes. |

Remove your chips from the pan an place on a wire rack to cool. |
 |
Once cooled place your chips in an air-tight container to store.
Snack away and ENJOY!! |
