Cheesy Corn Pasta Bake



You will need a regular can of corn, can of cream corn, cream cheese, butter, Velveeta cheese, uncooked pasta and shoestring potatoes.


First combine 1-15oz can corn (make sure to drain), 1-15oz can cream corn, 4oz softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons softened butter and 1 cup (8oz) Velveeta cheese.

For the cheese; first slice then using your fingers just pinch off small pieces. 

Add 1 cup uncooked pasta, mix well.

Add 1/2 cup shoestring potatoes, mix well.

Spray a 9x13 pan and pour in your mixture, flatten out.

Sprinkle on a layer of the shoestring potatoes. 

Bake at 350 for one hour.

Let rest about 5 minutes, serve up and ENJOY!!
