Spray with cooking spray 9x13 baking pan. Pour and spread out your mixture. Place 2-4 boneless , skinless chicken breasts cut up into thinner slices (about an inch wide) and place your chicken on top of your mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and then flip your chicken. Continue cooking for 15 more minutes. |
Remove your pan and sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice. I used a combination of Colby and Monterrey Jack cheese. Bake for 15 more minutes. |
Remove from oven and let rest about 5-10 minutes. Serve up and Enjoy!! This is a basic recipe. You can add a can of green beans or corn (making sure to drain before adding) or any other veggie of your choosing. You can also add some mushrooms or some (pre-cooked) chopped up bacon. |
