Chicken Blobs



You will need can of chunk chicken breast, cream cheese, curry powder and crescent rolls.



Open and drain a 10oz can of chunk chicken breast.  Place in medium/large bowl and break up the chicken.

Add 16oz softened cream cheese and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder.

Make sure to mix well.

Open a canister of crescent rolls and have the wider end of the crescent towards you.  I usually prep 4 at a time then the other 4.

Put a glob - little bigger than a golf ball on the wider end of the crescent, making sure to leave a little space on the sides and bottom of the crescent.

Fold over the side corners and softly pinch together with the bottom of the crescent. 

Fold over  the top and softly pinch together the sides.

On baking sheet spread out evenly.  Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

Will be a nice golden brown when done.  Let rest about 5 minutes and then ENJOY!

This recipe will make about 16 of the chicken blobs.
