You will need 1 lb ground beef, 1 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1-1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup milk, 2 eggs and 3/4 cup Bisquick mix.

In a large skillet cook your 1 lb ground beef and 1 cup finely chopped onions. Drain any excess grease, add your 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well. |

Spray a 9 inch glass pie pan with non-stick spray. Pour in your beef mixture and cover with 1 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. |

In a small bowl combine your 1 cup milk, 2 eggs and 3/4 cup Bisquick mix, mix well, it is ok if you have a few small lumps.
Pour over your beef mixture and cheese. |

Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Will be a nice golden brown.
You can insert a knife into the center and if it comes out dry you know it is done. |

Let rest about 10 minutes. Cut into 6 equal pieces and serve.
Top with your favorite burger toppings or eat as is. ENJOY!! |
