You will need cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, curry powder, parsley flakes, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, shrimp and fresh mushrooms.

In medium sized bowl combine well: 8oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes and 1/4 teaspoon curry powder. |

Cut up shrimp (fully cooked) into small pieces. You will need to cut up enough shrimp to equal 1 cup. |

Add your shrimp to your cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup cheddar and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and mix well. |

Remove stems from your fresh mushrooms and wash very well. |

Spoon your mixture into your mushroom tops and place your stuffed mushroom tops into a glass pan. |

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
When you remove them from the oven there will be a little bit of juice in the bottom - it's ok. Remove your mushrooms and place them on a plate so they don't get too soggy. |

Let cool a few minutes and ENJOY!!! |
