While the onions are cooking chop up 8oz of ham. I use a packet of diced ham and just chop up the ham a bit more. |
Once your onions are done, remove from heat. Add your ham, 8oz sour cream and 1 (10.5oz) can of cream of chicken soup. Mix well. |
In a large bowl combine 32 oz of frozen hash browns and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. |
Add the mixture in your pan and mix very well. |
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Pour in your mixture and flatten out the top. |
Crunch up corn flakes to equal 2 cups. Combine with 1 stick of melted butter. |
Using your hand spread your corn flake and butter mixture over the top evenly. |
Bake (uncovered) at 350 for 1 hour. Let rest for a few minutes after removing from oven. |
Dish up and ENJOY!!! |
