You will need boneless skinless chicken breasts, olive oil, mushrooms, garlic and herb seasoning, pasta and shredded cheese for topping.

Add 2 tablespoons of a seasoning you like. This is what I use (YUMMY) |
As the chicken is cooking mix in 8oz can drained sliced mushrooms. Make sure you are stirring occasionally. Once you don't see anymore pink on the chicken lower heat to low/medium. |
This is the pasta I use. You can use the Mezze Penne or regular Penne or different shapes if you so like. Make sure it is 1 pound box/bag. |
Pour the chicken mixture into the pan you cooked the pasta in and then add the pasta once well drained. Add little under 1/4 cup olive oil - again your choice. Mix well. |
Scoop serving(s) into a bowl(s) and sprinkle with cheese, use as much or as little as you like! |
