| You will need eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, bacon, sausage and crescent rolls. |
| In a small to medium bowl mix/scramble 8 eggs, salt and pepper to your liking (No milk). |
| Lightly spray an 8x8 glass pan with cooking spray. Pour in eggs. |
| Bake at 350 for around 20 minutes. Will be golden brown on top. |
| Let eggs cool. Cut edges off. Cut down the center and then cross ways to make at least 16 rectangles. |
| You will want to use at least 3-4 of the cut pieces of bacon per wrap-up. |
| Roll out your crescent rolls with the large end facing you. |
| Layer them cheese, egg and then your meat of choice. |
| Start rolling them away from you. |
| All the way to the tip. You will have the small flap sticking out. |
| Fold that over onto the wrap. |
