| Place a small glob (yea real cooking term) onto the won ton wrapper placing kind of close to bottom corner. |
| Fold up bottom corner |
| Fold up side and pinch in around the glob |
| Start to roll up till you have a small corner open |
| Dip the open corner in water and finish wrapping |
| Pour oil into wok or deep pan, enough that if you put a toothpick in it goes about half way up, put on medium heat |
| Place 3-4 in the hot oil and stir constantly, will only take a few moments to cook |
