Russian Chicken




You will need Russian dressing, whole berry cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, boneless-skinless chicken tenderloins and rice


In a medium bowl combine your Russian dressing (8oz), whole berry cranberry sauce (14oz) and 1 packet dry onion soup mix.

Grease an 8x8 pan, bottom and sides.  Spread just enough of you mixture to cover the bottom of the pan.

Place your chicken (1 pound) on top of the mixture, trying not to overlap the chicken. 

Cover your chicken with your remaining mixture.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour, uncovered.
Let rest 5-10 minutes before dishing up.  Serve with rice.
