Image
You will need chicken, bacon, roma tomatoes, lettuce, light mayo, basil, lemon juice and tortillas.  First combine 1/2 cup light mayo, 1 teaspoon basil and 2 teaspoons lemon juice.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors combine.  Chop up 1/2 a roma tomato.  Spread about 1 tablespoon of your mayo mix on your 8 inch tortilla.  Place your lettuce first, 2 strips cooked center cut bacon, 1/2 cup cooked and chopped/shredded cooked chicken and then your tomato. Your bacon and chicken can be cold or warm.  Fold up the bottom of your tortilla first. Fold up the sides and ENJOY!!!

Cut up the top section you removed. ...
