Homemade Crab Rangoon

You will need crab, cream cheese, garlic powder, won ton wrappers and oil for cooking. Chop 2 - 8oz packages of crab up into small pieces in a medium to large bowl.  Next mix with 2 - 8oz packages of softened cream cheese and about a teaspoon of garlic powder (I don't measure just sprinkle some in).  Mix very well. Place a small glob (yea real cooking term) onto the won ton wrapper placing kind of close to bottom corner. Fold up bottom corner Fold up side and pinch in around the glob Start to roll up till you have a small corner open Dip the open corner in water and finish wrapping Pour oil into wok or deep pan, enough that if you put a toothpick in it goes about half way up, put on medium heat Place 3-4 in the hot oil and stir constantly, will only take a few moments to cook What they will look like when done!  Enjoy :)
